Sweep and Swim Event
This is a special Beach Cleanup. We will Sweep the shoreline and then Swim. Come for the Sweep and Swim or just the Sweep or just the Swim. All are welcome.

About the Event
This is a special edition of the TLC Sunday morning Beach Cleanup to promote the clean, fresh waters of Lake Ontario.
Meet us at the Leuty Lifeguard Station at 7:00am. Sweep the shoreline of litter then join us for a Swim at 9:00am.
Swim will take place at the Leuty Lifeguard Station. Distance depends on who shows up to swim and dependent on water conditions.
Litter collection bags will be provided. Bring your own gloves and litter picker if you have them. We have a limited supply of gloves and litter pickers. We are kid friendly and dog friendly.
Let's all help the city and the community by keeping our beach clean and safe so we have clean water for swimming.
