Safe Access Initiative

TLC advocates for safe access to City owned public land across the waterfront. However, our support is not unconditional. Many sites are environmentally vulnerable as a result of increased public access without the benefit of proper and consistent management. The safety of City staff, police, and first responders takes precedence. Only once safe access is provided, can the land be enjoyed by all for years to come.
